MY ORDER HASN’T ARRIVED

PRE-ORDERS
Selecting a pre-order item may cause delays. Orders with pre-order items will be dispatched 2-3 business days after the pre-order arrives at our warehouse.
Pre-order time frames are estimates and subject to change. Pre-orders cannot be updated once the order is complete.
SPLIT SHIPMENT
Orders with both pre-order and in-stock items will be sent as a split shipment, allowing in-stock items to ship within 2-3 business days and pre-orders within 2-3 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
Costs for split shipment are based on your relevant country.
TAXES & DUTIES
For free international shipping, residents outside Ecuador, the UK, or Europe may incur customs duties and taxes. These costs are the customer’s responsibility and are generally 20-30% of the total order value, including shipping.
We cannot alter the declared value on your order. Refusing to pay taxes or duties will result in return to sender, with shipping, taxes, and duties being non-refundable.
CURRENCY
All prices on SAINT VENUE are in US dollars. Your card-issuing bank determines the currency conversion rate for international orders.
DISCLAIMER
By ordering from SAINT VENUE, you’re responsible for shipping charges, customs fees, duty import fees, and return shipping costs. Orders are final once dispatched. For order changes, email [email protected] immediately.
We recommend providing a delivery address where someone is available to sign. We are not responsible for orders successfully delivered but not received by the customer.

Saint Venue is not responsible for an incorrect address being provided and any associated shipping costs for the error will be incurred by the customer. Saint Venue is NOT responsible for any packages lost as a result of an incorrect address being provided by the customer.
We strongly recommend always providing a shipping address where you or someone you know will always be available to sign for delivery. Please be aware of this before making an order. Saint Venue cannot be held responsible for orders which have been successfully delivered to the address left on the order, but not received by the customer.
RETURNS
If you aren’t satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14 business days returns policy from delivery date.
CONDITION OF RETURNS
Please read the following prior to returning your item/s.
This policy applies to change of mind and incorrect sizing returns only. If you believe your item is faulty, please email [email protected] to initiate a return.
We will treat your claim with priority.
If you paid for shipping at the time of your original order, you will not be credited or refunded the cost of shipping when we process your return.
- Item/s must be returned within 14 business days of delivery including products within suspected manufacturing faults.
- Item/s must be returned in their original clean condition with tags and must be unworn, unwashed and without perfume residue.
- Item/s must be returned in their original packaging.
PROCESS TIME FOR RETURNS
Please allow 14 business days from when your return is tracked as delivered back to our Ecuadorian warehouse for us to issue you with your refund or exchange.
- REFUNDS
To return a product, please contact us at [email protected] or through the website chat. You have a timeframe of 14 business days from the date the product was received to initiate a change or return. The returned item must be in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging, including all packaging and labels.
Upon receiving the product, our supplier conducts a quality control process that typically takes approximately 3 business days. Once the status of the product is determined, the change or refund is authorized. Refunds may take up to 48 hours to reflect in your account.
Please note that all sale items are considered final sale and will not be accepted for exchanges or returns.
All international and national customers will need to cover the cost of their return shipping.
- EXCHANGE
Exchanges are treated as requests only, and successful fulfilment is dependent upon stock availability at the time of processing your return. If your exchange cannot be fulfilled, then you will be automatically issued with a refund. Please email [email protected].

CANCELLATION POLICY
We cannot guarantee any order changes once an order is confirmed as our warehouse works extremely fast. You can cancel your purchase at any time, as long as it has not yet left our warehouses. Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
FINAL SALE
Item/s marked as “final sale – no returns or exchanges” cannot be returned unless due to a fault as assessed by our quality control department.
MANUFACTURING FAULTS
We are truly sorry to hear about your suspected defective or faulty item. We apologise for any inconvenience. If you believe you have received a faulty item please email our Customer Care team right away at [email protected] with images of the suspected fault. We will treat your claim with priority.
Please do not return your item/s until the fault has been assessed by our quality control department and a confirmation mail has been provided to you.
